This guide will help you get signed up with each Manufacturer that requires pre-approval before you can sell their products.
Leupold
- Sign up on the Channel Sync Site https://channelsync.com/BusinessProfile/Index/aa5d187b-4771-475e-893e-17a286b778cf
- Channel Sync will send an email to verify email address (Will possibly be in Spam/Junk Folder)
- Wait 2-4 weeks for Approval.
- If longer than a month from app load date, then contact your salesperson.
- Never trust Leupold Website Dealer Locator. The list that Sports South gets is the most updated list.
- Once approved Sports South will allow your order to process.
Garmin
- Note: You must have a Retail Store (Brook-&-Mortar) to sign up. Garmin will not accept nonretail stores.
- Fill out the Garmin Reseller Application https://www.garmin.com/en-US/forms/reseller/
- Once filled out, it should take about 2-3 business days to get an approval. You will receive an email from Reseller.
- Send approval email to your salesperson.
iRay USA/InfiRay Outdoors USA/NocPix
- Go to this link and fill out the form. https://irayusa.com/sports-south-authorized-dealer-agreement/(Note: Do Not Click on Become a Dealer. That’s if the Dealer wants to buy directly through iRay, not us)
- iRay will send an email stating that they have received the form. That will be acceptable as proof. It will be from sent-with@powr.io
- Send Email Proof to your Sales rep.
- Wait Time is Automatic if done right.
FOXPro
- Note: You must have a Retail Store (Brook-&-Mortar) to sign up. FoxPro will not accept non-retail stores.
- Fill out the FoxPro Dealer 2 page App (attached) and send it to your sales rep.
- Wait time is a 1-2 days for approval.
Eotech
- Fill out the Itar Eotech Paperwork (attached)
- Send paperwork to sales representative
- Wait Time is Automatic if done right.
